For everyone who was getting impatient, here’s a piece of good news, the very first particulars of both Samsung Galaxy 2 and S5620 Monte have recently gotten leaked and it seems that the new Galaxy will definitely be one good addition to the Android family, whereas the S5620 Monte will be one of the best phones to have hit the mid-range market. The new Galaxy 2 is also being flaunted as Samsung’s re-entry in the Android market.

The most noticeable specs of this phone are a Snapdragon 1GHz CPU, 3.7 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen and of course a 32GB internal memory. To top it off there will be a 3.5mm audio jack and a 5 megapixel camera in the phone too. Galaxy 2 will be running on Android 2.1 and though it has yet to be announced officially, it might hit the markets sometime in the second quarter.

With that we come to the next phone that is under discussion, the S5620 Monte. A touchscreen, this candybar will be running on the latest Samsung TouchWiz UI and probably will be sporting a 3-inch capacitive display, 3/ 5 megapixel camera, 3G with HSDPA support, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio port, 200MB internal memory and microSD card slot. Not much can be said about it as yet as it is being expected that the formal launch will take place at the MWC this month.
