Windows didn’t have Opera and it was about time they got one for themselves. Now Windows Mobile has got its very own Opera UI. Due to this latest development, the WinMo users do not need any Java support for the running of a UI, anymore. Skype has ditched support and development for their WinMo native app, and so it seems that Opera will save the day. The Opera Mobile 10 beta was released a while back and it has been getting huge support by all and sundry; basically people who use WinMo.

LG watch phone: Pictures leaked! March 10th, 2010 - 11:03 pm by W.Naqvi
Price is one thing the LG GD910 wristwatch phone was extremely unrealistic about, among other things! And now they are going to be launching its successor or so it seems from the pictures that have just been leaked over the internet. These shots were taken during the LG Digital Experience in Brazil where the phone was showcased. These photos suggest that the new phone quite amazingly resembles the old one so much so that even the thickness is quite the same.

Almost all of the major companies these days are now out with the mini versions of their popular phones for example Nokia N97, etc. But regardless of everything else, it’s Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini which definitely steals the show. There is no other mini set half as good as this one. The X10 mini shows what a mini phone should be all about. It should be as good as a complete smartphone in a half-size package.

There has been a rumor, reliable or not we cannot say right now but a new webOS phone is in the works for later this year. This should in no way be confused with the 2 models that Palm has said it would make for AT&T. Those phones are expected to be GSM variants of the current Pre Plus and Pixi Plus for the operator. Palm's not selling and we all are well aware of the fact. It has to do something or the phone will die a fast death very soon.

BlackBerry Super App to uplift the Blackberry UI? March 8th, 2010 - 09:48 pm by W.Naqvi
The native home screen User Interface on BlackBerry smartphones has lost its touch unfortunately. Compared to some of the more eye catching visuals featured on other platforms, blackberry user interface now looks quite old-fashioned. We are not very sure about whether or not this is true but from what we have heard, the BlackBerry Super App is now aiming to uplift the usual ordinary looking interface to something more interesting now.
Recent Palm Pixi price cuts; will they affect Palm? March 7th, 2010 - 11:51 pm by W.Naqvi
Just as Sprint promised sometime back, it reduced the Palm Pixi’s original price by half! Now in today’s day and age; this is a phenomenal cut; no matter how you look at it. now this was not the only cut in the set’s price; as before this one even Verizon reduced the price of its Palm Pixi Plus smartphone to $79.99 and that too with some major improvements. CL King analyst, Lawrence Harris, said that “Inevitably this will hurt Palm's profits. If it's not in the February quarter, it'll be in May.”

Nexus One and Motorola DROID have had a few pictures leaked and from what we see the two handsets were very clearly seen running Mozilla's Fennec mobile browser! Mozilla is one browser which makes the browsing game oh so much fun for its users. Everything is perfect for this browser, we all love it; but Mozilla on an Android platform is a phenomena that has not been heard of a lot and we still will take some time to come to terms with it.
