We know that Google has been able to do some marvelous stuff in the past. Those of you who don’t seem to notice this, the very playable Pac-Man logo by Google which took us by surprise a couple of days back, is a good example. We are now getting the news that Nexus One might soon get an Android 2.2 Froyo update and if you don’t really want to sit back and wait for them to do it for you, this update is available for manual download too!
![]() We just reported a few days back that Android Froyo 2.2 is now a reality as it has been confirmed by Google a while back. And of course the first mobile to get the update would naturally be Nexus One, Google’s own creation. There are people who say that Froyo isn’t all that it has been hyped up to be, whereas from other quarters it is being reported that all that was promised with this new update will be aptly delivered by Froyo. Apparently, Phandroid has a link to the file that is needed for the manual download along with the instructions on how to go about it. You can get the link at the bottom of this article. But this for those Nexus One owners only, who really can’t wait for the update to show on their screens. When you own an Android smartphone, you get the update as soon as the update is announced. One thing that makes you want to have an Android smartphone like nobody’s business! Phandroid Related ArticlesRelated articles to Nexus One to get a Froyo 2.2 update soon!.
