We have all been anxiously waiting for the Symbian^3 which according to many is due this year, in fact it could be as early as Q3, a live demo has just hit the internet. Though quite surprisingly it runs on a laptop rather than a phone but still this is the first time that this user interface has been presented in front of a whole audience. Let’s see what this new UI has in store for us. There is news of a Symbian^4 as well, so yes the things are getting interesting!
 Well in the new UI the homescreen has been made more widget friendly. You can now add new widgets, rearrange them, adding new homescreens, even the task manager has been redesigned completely. Nokia always has its emphasis on performance and multitasking. Even Multitouch will be seen now on the Symbian platform now both on capacitive and resistive displays. Well this demo is on a laptop but it looks quite convincing though we cant say much about the "phone" shown on it as it is probably just a generic image of a phone rather than a future device.
