Sony Ericsson Satio gets WVGA video recording!March 13th, 2010 - 11:51 pm by Wajiha H.
Sony Ericsson usually gets updates on a regular basis and that is what makes the sets released by this company so awesome. Their handset Sony Ericsson Satio will be having a new update anytime soon now which should bring over WVGA (864 x 480 pixels) video recording ability to the current VGA capabilities. That’s something to look forward to definitely. Other things that might lure you into buying this good looking mobile are direct Facebook and YouTube uploads.
![]() There are other noticeable changes too which will be included with this update like threaded messaging, DLNA support and various UI improvements. We still don’t have anything on the hot topic i.e. the Vivaz homescreen getting officially to Satio; nothing official has been announced as yet. The only information that we have been able to get is through the official Sony Ericsson blog which has just announced that the latest update to Sony Ericsson Satio will become available to the users anytime soon now. Of course the availability will be dependent upon a specific region. Now of course there are some operator versions which will take longer, but hopes are that the new software version will be available to all users in the coming few weeks at the most.
