Samsung I9000 Galaxy S gets unveiled!

Samsung has recently unveiled their new Android flagship, the Samsung I9000 Galaxy S which comes with a 4" Super AMOLED display and a 1 GHz CPU inside an ultra thin body, so we can say with utmost surety that the Galaxy S is certainly among topmost Android phones to date. It runs on a customized version of Android 2.1, Samsung I9000 Galaxy S is also equipped with a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, capable of recording 720p video footage at 30fps.

For connectivity we have Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS with A-GPS along with 3G, USB and Bluetooth 3.0. The Samsung I9000 Galaxy S will come with 8 and 16GB of internal memory respectively and both of these will be equipped with a microSD card slot. A 1 GHz application processor of a yet unknown company will be inside the petite 9.9mm frame of the phone. Other notable features also include a DivX and XviD video playback support. So we can safely assume that the phone will come equipped with many a desirable feature which will definitely play an active role in increasing the market value of the phone.

We do not yet know anything about when this phone will be available in the market and what will be the price structure. But these things should become clearer in the coming few weeks or so. We will keep you posted on this.
