Some might say that the LG KM900 Arena is getting a replacement with the LG LG9400 Maxx, also known as the Arena Maxx. LG Telecom is comeing out with in South Korea for the time being but if everything goes well, we might hope for the rest of the world to follow too! LG LG9400 Maxx is a feature phone with an S-Class user interface, which was upgraded from the previous versions we've seen. Also at the center of the LG LG9400 Maxx is a Snapdragon CPU running at 1GHz.
![]() For those who have an interest in technological stuff, it's a Qualcomm QSD 8650 chipset rather than the QSD8250 found on Nexus One or the LG GW820 eXpo. QSD 8650 is available in CDMA and GSM flavors, thus our hopes of getting this out of Korea, in the rest of the world just might come true. The Maxx is equipped with a 3.5" touchscreen and an optical track pad, Wi-Fi, GPS and HD video decoding as well as T-DMB TV which is a Korean mobile TV standard. The LG LG9400 Maxx has a decent camera of 5 megapixel camera. The LG LG9400 Maxx will be released for SK Telecom and KT soon, but of course the exact date and price of the set is not known at all.
