The best thing about LG is their ability to bring up new entry-level and midrange handsets, their ability to care about people who belong to a class thatís not that affluent. This has worked to their advantage too as it has helped them become the third largest mobile manufacturer in the world. At a press event held in Amstelveen, Netherlands, the company revealed a further 5 sets which will be launched sometime soon.
The first one LG KS365 comes with a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard, has a 2.4" touchscreen, a 2 megapixel camera and a stereo FM radio. There is not much to mention right now about the set other than this right now. Next comes the LG GT405 which is basically a gift for people who love multimedia but are on a budget. The highlights are a 3" touchscreen, the company proprietary S-Class UI, a 5 megapixel camera and 3G with HSDPA support.

Third in the line is the LG GT400 Viewty Smile which has been leaked before and is quite like the GT405 but the price tag will be lower as the design is quite ordinary. Then there is LG Pure which is a very sleek mid-range slider. Main features are a 5 megapixel camera, 3G connectivity with HSDPA support. The last one in line is the LG Jacquar 5 which is an affordable but a good looking low-end candy bar. Its main points are a VGA camera, MP3 player and a microSD card slot.

Not much is still known about the when these sets are going to be available and what the price will be.
