What will we ever do without internet and the photos that are leaked on it! The first clear images of the BlackBerry's pioneer slider have just been leaked online and it looks good indeed. It sports touchscreen, optical trackpad, sliding full QWERTY keyboard and runs on BlackBerry OS 6. Not much is known about specs in detail right now as nothing has been made official by the company as yet. So we will just have to speculate for the moment.
 CrackBerry has come out with some juicey info on the BlackBerry.net website. This info is not easily found out though. The 9700a UAProf document shows a portrait resolution of 360x480 pixels (not 480x360 pixels like the 9700), BlackBerry OS 6 and Wi-Fi connectivity. This is a Blackberry with difference as it sports a touchscreen; a thing that is being seen for the first time in blackberries. But even then, the BlackBerry Slider won't pack the SurePress technology which is synonymous with the Storm family. RIM has not announced anything that will clear our minds about it; some people say that this set could very well be one of the Bolds, for all we know!!
