Samsung S8500 Wave, officially the first Bada phone to have been released and the HTC Desire, the non-Google Nexus One, both fresh out of the MWC are going to be hitting the markets soon enough. The Samsung S8500 Wave has been waited for with loads of anticipation at the MWC. Samsung has promised that the phone will be coming with a super AMOLED touchscreen (aptly named "Super AMOLED") and the new Bada OS, which is part of Samsung's "smartphone for everyone" plan.

The Samsung S8500 Wave will probably be hitting the markets somewhere in the early second quarter of the year 2010. The countries to be blessed with its presence will be Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

The other set that has had everyone talking at the MWC is the HTC Desire which to some experts is just an unbranded Nexus One; with the only difference being the replacement of the trackball with an optical trackpad and Sense UI preinstalled. Although the HTC Desire doesn't record 720p video, the hardware is amazing, 1GHz Snapdragon CPU and 576MB of RAM with an AMOLED touchscreen.
HTC Desire is expected to launch on 26th of March.

Then there is the T-Mobile Pulse Mini (A.K.A. Huawei U8110) which is an entry-level Android phone. T-Mobile UK just launched it at 99 pounds (113 euro). The phone is equipped with quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity and Wi-Fi connectivity, a 3.2MP camera with LED flash, a microSD card slot and a document viewer. The screen is a QVGA 2.8-incher.

The countries where it will be available are Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Montenegro, Macedonia, Netherlands and Slovakia; somewhere in the second quarter.
