Sony Ericsson has been out and about with their latest batch of smartphones. They have presented us with the QWERTY version of the Vivaz and a double mini version of the XPERIA X10 - the Mini and the Mini Pro. While everyone was expecting the Mini version of the X10, the QWERTY Mini was certainly something that took many by surprise. Letís go through each of these again to see what they are all about.

The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is 2mm thicker than the original model and specs are more or less the same too. The colours that it will be available in are Black and White while we should be seeing it in the markets by the second quarter of 2010. The Vivaz on the other hand should be seen earlier.

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini is a little smartphone, even smaller than a credit card! Yes, you must be surprised but this is the truth! But not all is good; due to their extremely small size their 2.55" screens have QVGA resolution only. But one thing is surely nice; the Mini pro keyboard is rather nice to type on. Both of these Mini phones run on the Android 1.6 and are equipped with the Sony Ericsson signature Timescape communication application.

Of course due to the compact size, you canít find any virtual on-screen keyboard on the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini due to which it would be better for you to go for a QWERTY one, rather than a non-QWERTY one.
