I am sure many of you must have at least a little bit of curiosity about how a mobile phone is manufactured, well now you can see it for yourselves if you really want to. A video of Google Nexus One being manufactured and then tested has been leaked recently and it gives you all the insight that you want on how a mobile phone is manufactured. It has everything on what procedures a mobile phone goes through before it hits the markets.
Google Nexus One
These are short videos that we are referring to; the first one of them is not that explanatory, whereas the second one really does explain a lot. We were having our guesses since long but now it is proved that the way the Nexus One is manufactured is completely automated, machines handle everything from A-to Z without any exposure to human hands till the moment it actually hits the markets. Now HTC Google Nexus One goes through four simple procedures, to ensure that this phone is solid enough to go through everyday tortures that it will go through, just like any other phone. These include pressing the trackball countless times, carrying the phone in the pocket along with some keys and coins, and even dropping the Nexus One on the floor.

Now on paper these tests seem extremely harsh not to mention ridiculous. But the fact is that this something every phone goes through in its lifetime. They all get dropped, yes, countless times! The best thing is that while many smart phones do not have any exposure to this stuff that we are talking about before they get out of the factory, Nexus one will be ready to take on the world when it does!
