The main feature of this updated Google Mobile App is that it searches contacts and emails on your Blackberry with an increased ease and has made voice search quite possible now. It now falls in the category of an uber smart dialing as this App will search both through the contacts list and through the content of the emails you've received. The best thing is that when you have eventually located a person you're a step away from calling that person or send them an SMS or email.
 Now one special thing about this is that it happens to be a Google-made app, due to which the search algorithms are somewhat more advanced than those in the typical smart dialing. The app will by itself the more frequently contacted people closer to the top of the suggestion list without contacting those people in anyway. Now according to Google the on-device searching can be turned off manually if you're still not comfortable with it. For this search thing to work it is imperative for your Blackberry to be equipped with an OS version 4.5 or higher, and the updated Google Mobile App can use your Berry's Wi-Fi connection to avoid data charges. Now Google has changed their search results too in a weird way as now when you write Android phone or iPhone, the suggestions that Google offers also take account of your current location.
