If you remember we did a review about a set named Sony Ericsson Kurara. Well we hear that the handset has been announced and it is going to be run on the Symbian platform. But here’s the interesting thing about it, the name’s not going to be Kurara but Vivaz! It has an 8 megapixel autofocus camera capable of recording 720p video, a 3.2" display sporting a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels and can display up to 16M colors.

Now you can get all the connectivity that you desire with a Sony Ericsson Vivaz, you have USB, Wi-Fi, GPS, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and 3G with HSDPA, so practically all sorts of connection possibilities. There is a 3.5mm audio jack, the FM radio and the built-in microSD card slot which will enable you to get some extra memory apart from the 75MB of internal memory.

Also an 8GB microSD card slot comes in the retail package which will enable you to capture all those 720p videos right away. Rumours are saying that the handset is going to be available around at the end of the first quarter for a price we’re still guessing as nothing has been announced by the company as yet.

You can check a short vide promos of the phone on the link below. So contemplate and then choose the set.
