Since Samsung CorbyPRO has been launched in the UK, it was only natural that it took up the name of Genio as it means Corby in the Queen's English! Now it is also selling on Vodafone’s UK site. Slider because it has side-out QWERTY and Fashion Jackets. This is a Slider that many people on budget can choose to have. It’s pretty affordable in that respect. Some are even going to the extent of calling it one of the best and the most functional Corby creations to date.

Now let's take a look at the functions of Genio Slide. Well the things that basically differentiate this Corby from the rest of the members of the Corby family are that it sports a dual-band 3G with 7.2Mbps, the Wi-Fi, GPS and DivX. We can’t of course forget the ultra chic slide out QWERTY keyboard that is not present in the earlier members. Nothing much has been changed in the Samsung B5310 Genio Slide apart from those discussed above. It comes equipped with a 2.8" QVGA resistive touchscreen, 3MP fixed-focus camera, microSD slot for cards up to 16GB, document viewer, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port.

There is a playful side of this Samsung Corby phone, unlike all the other members to a great extent. The B5310 Genio Slide features Fashion Jackets – which are the changeable battery covers which enable you to customize your phone according to your very own taste.

You can check out this phone on Vodafone’s UK site. Also it is quite possible for you to get a Samsung Genio Slide, without paying for the phone, on one of three 2-year plans, starting from 15 pounds a month. Of course if you think that 2 years will be a lot for you to keep glued to one phone, there are also 18-month and 12-month contracts starting from 20 and 25 pounds respectively. So you can always get one that suits you more.
