Lenovo LePhone to be launched in China initially!January 26th, 2010 - 11:47 pm by Wajiha H.
Lephone is Lenovo’s second Android phone and is going to be launched nowhere but China in a couple of months or so. The beauty of this set is the fact that all of its specs resemble those of the Nexus One. For example a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 3.7" AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with WVGA resolution, Wi-Fi, GPS etc. but the phone has a camera of just 3MP, which is disappointing. Then the phone is thin as well, not more than a mere 12mm.
![]() So why is this phone being found interesting by many? Maybe because of its one-off detachable QWERTY keyboard! Also the fact that it runs a modified version of Android 2.1, the main menu design is inspired by the iPhone, while its multi-tasking functions remind us of Palm's WebOS. You can see the Lenovo LePhone launching in China around May somewhere and soon after it will be made available to the rest of the world as well. All the three mobile operators CDMA, the home-brewed TD-CDMA 3G, China Mobile are sure to get this phone. Related ArticlesRelated articles to Lenovo LePhone to be launched in China initially!.
