BlackBerry Curve 8910 to be launched soon!January 14th, 2010 - 11:50 pm by Wajiha H.
People who have been accustomed to the glory of Blackberry Curve 8900 have been waiting for its successor since long and it seems that the successor has finally found its way to us. 8900 is almost a year old and to think about a replacement or a better option is but natural now. The new handset called Blackberry Curve 8910 will be succeeding the 8900 and will reportedly have a trackpad instead of a track ball as it received a lot of complaints.
![]() Now usually Blackberry releases an XX10 version if GPS capabilities have to be added to the original XX00 version; but the strange thing about this case is that the Blackberry 8900 already has been blessed one; so why this new mobile and what does it mean? It could be the trackpad, but is that the only reason why all this trouble was taken? Wait there is another thing that the new Curve has which the old one didn’t that is the 3G support! Now another problem, if you add that to a Curve it becomes a Bold 9700. What’s going on here? The Curve 8910 will also be equipped with the latest BlackBerry OS (5.0.4+) but this is actually all that we know about it as we really don’t know yet when the new BlackBerry smartphone will show up officially and at what price.
