The end of this year is near, a year in which we have seen the advent of some good, some bad, some ugly mobile phones. In this article I am going to list some of the good, the bad and the mobiles that no should not be thought about at all! One of the more important news is the way Palm bounced back with the Palm Pre (in CDMA and GSM versions). Similarly we had Motorola CLIQ or DEXT, Samsung Omnia II I8000 , HTC Hero, the very poular in public Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, the very awesome touchscreen device by LG called the LG ARENA.
Phones

Nokia 6700 Classic is one set that is hugely conventional but is very popular at the same time as well, which shows that such simple designs are liked by people even in this day and age. Samsung B2100 is an awesome phone which has the ability to work under water and a unique phone was LG GD900 Crystal.

Then we had the cool Motorola DROID on Verizon in the US and the Motorola MILESTONE elsewhere in the world which was much better in many ways than DEXT / CLIQ Android smartphone. It was these phones that brought the Company back in the game.

And who can forget the beautiful Nokia N900, known for the introduction of the new OS, Maemo! Nokia is usually known for using the traditional smartphone platform, Symbian S60 but it is growing old and does accommodate a lot of users have. Now Maemo is another story altogether as it actually gives a rather modern operating platform for high-end smartphones which is just the icing on the cake as far as 2010 goes.

Many critics are saying that 2012 is going to be a Maemo year as nowdays people really need their OS to be modern.
