Along with the five Android sets HTC will also be launching three new Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets in 2010. These are HTC Trophy, HTC Photon and HTC Tera which all have Windows Mobile 6.5 as their OS and will be available in the first six months of the year 2010. The names are not real, just codenames. They will be changed when the handsets comes out next year. Following is our take on each of the sets one by one.

HTC Trophy (Windows Mobile 6.5) HTC Trophy is a WinMo 6.5 full QWERTY handset with a 3" capacitive touchscreen VGA screen, a 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio, USB, Bluetooth, a quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support and dual-band 3G with HSPA (2 Mbps DL and 7.2 Mbps UL). The it is also equipped with an impressive RAM memory of 256 MB. It is being expected that this set will see the light of the day by May 2010 2. HTC Photon (Windows Mobile 6.5) Function wise the HTC Photon is extremely identical to the HTC Trophy, except for a comparatively different screen which has a larger 3.2" capacitive touchscreen display but a lower HVGA resolution. It is being said that HTC Photon will be launched somewhere in April 2010. 3. HTC Tera (Windows Mobile 6.5) HTC Tera, a downsized and downgraded version of the HTC Touch Pro2, is a full QWERTY side-slider. The main features that it is equipped with are WinMo 6.5 OS, a 3" WQVGA resistive touchscreen, a 3 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB along with a 3.5mm standard audio jack. There is a 600 MHz CPU ticking inside the HTC Tera and the handset also shares the here is a 256 MB of RAM that the set supports and it is being said that this handset will be available somewhere in April next year. As with the Android sets, the prices of these sets have also not been disclosed and will be made public only before the launch of the sets next year.
