Windows Marketplace guarantees anti-piracy

Windows Marketplace has been very painfully stuck at one place, not getting developed at a good speed. But now the time has come to get some work done on that too as the Windows Marketplace is in the next stage of development and is going to ensure anti-piracy! The best thing is that now you can buy Windows applications directly from the PC and then install them over to your Smartphone, equipped with the Windows Mobile 6.5. This all can be possible through the new desktop client.

If that’s not enough, Windows Marketplace is also going to come out with support for devices based on WinMo 6.1 and 6.0, which is basically expected later this month. You can go and start buying from the website of Windows Mobile Marketplace right from your computer; it has become as easy as that. This is an easy one step thing as once you go buy applications from the Marketplace website; these will be automatically downloaded to your Smartphone as soon as you open the mobile Marketplace client.

The most important thing that has been updated is the anti-piracy part, which brings us to our current topic. This is basically not so much for the users as for the developers as now they do not have to live in the constant fear that their applications will be copied by other people. But they have to go through the anti-piracy whitepaper to understand the new security system.
Windows Marketplace will soon be launched for WinMo 6.0 and 6.1 later this month, as announced by the Microsoft and so people who have the older OS versions should not have to wait for an awfully long time.
