GSMA has only recently come out with the winners of the Asia Mobile Awards and the Mobile Innovation Grand Prix - Asia Tournament. Basically these are no actual contests that we are talking about; rather this is an incentive given to companies to continue coming up with better and improved technologies and products. As expected the most important award, that is of The Best Mobile Broadband Handset/Device Award was given to Nokia N97 mini.
 This phone is extremely very capable not to mention good looking as well, so really the award was a well-deserved one, no doubts about that. The Green Mobile Award was given to Huawei and Grameenphone as they have been installing solar-powered base stations for so long now, the specialty of which is that they run completely off the grid. An award for the best game was also given to Gameloft for their Hero of Sparta game. The winner of the Best Mobile Music Service Award will was given to SingTel. This is a music download service, which you can get for 39 US dollars a month. The package you get along with this is 100 free minutes, 500MB free data and unlimited music downloads. You can own and share these songs, which is also one of the many qualities of this facility. The Best Mobile Enterprise Application Product or Service Award was bestowed upon a Bangladeshi entrant, Banglalink Jigyasha from Orascom Telecom Bangladesh, which provides two types of services, one of which offers agricultural advice and the other - business advice. The winners of these Asia Awards will be automatically shortlisted for the Global Mobile Awards, which will be held at next year's GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
