The owners of Samsung S8000 Jet now get something to rejoice for; you can get yourself a new firmware update for the Jet right now! It has been a while since they came out with it but this is one firmware update that you need to have, since it has been said that it is offering many things that can just not be missed. Due to the S8000XEII2 firmware The Samsung S8000 Jet has now been blessed with 3D Cube background as well as some new widgets (Twitter, MySpace and Facebook).
 The TouchWiz UI is similar to the one we've seen in Samsung M8910 Pixon12: and the best thing with this is that you can rearrange the main menu icons. Due to new firmware update many people are saying that the phone now feels much zippier. The WebKit-based Dolphin web browser has also been improved and so has been the media browser. A change in thumbnails and scrolling speed has also increased though the image viewing is still slow as it still takes a second or two more to open an image. Volume rocker is no longer used for zooming in/out but for scrolling through web pages. The media player has been updated as well and the new firmware brings along landscape view support to the Samsung S8000 Jet so that the music player interface now reminds of iPhone's Cover Flow.
