REVIEW: Nokia 6760 slideNovember 15th, 2009 - 11:44 pm by Wajiha H.
Nokia 6760 slide is different. What it is, is still not understood as QWERTY keyboards are a common sight amongst all Smart phones these days, so that couldn’t be it. This is one full fledged messenger at your service and is not a version of any of the previous phones if that is what you are thinking. This was launched as Nokia Surge initially in the USA. This is a messenger for all and sundry, for the common people!
![]() The main key features of this phone include, a Quad-band GSM support and 3G with HSDPA, 2.4" 16M-color TFT display of 320 x 240 pixel resolution, Full QWERTY keyboard, Built-in accelerometer, UI auto-rotate, turn-to-mute, 3 megapixel fixed focus camera, Symbian 9.3, S60 FP2, GPS with A-GPS support, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, microUSB, microSD card slot with microSDHC support, Stereo FM Radio with RDS, Balanced audio output quality and a Large capacity Li-Ion 1500 mAh (BP-4L) battery. The greatest thing to date about this latest Symbian-driven Nokia 6760 slide is its ultra speedy user interface and the fact that it offers various social networking integration. But you should have a solid data plan if you really want to able to enjoy the thing to the fullest. This is a messenger through and through not quite different from the sets like E75 or 5730 XpressMusic or of course N97 mini. It does not have a whole impressive list of features but definitely suffices to some extent. The good points are the fast data, solid messaging and its super friendly size and these things are enough to at least attract a few users towards it. It is so small that one look at it and you won’t be able to believe that the phone that everybody seems to be talking about is Symbian! If you really want to get indulged in this new set you should see the whole review at the link below. There are not much surprises as far as the set goes but being an exclusive messenger could be the difference the set is being touted to have!
