Camera and Video Samples: Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10November 18th, 2009 - 11:56 pm by Wajiha H.
It is being said that the final date for the launch of the eagerly awaited set XPERIA X10 will be kept somewhere in February, no formal announcement has been made as such though. Some of the camera and video examples have been caught on the internet, courtesy an audience which really wants to grab one. Now the XPERIA X10 (or better known by its nickname, Rachael) is proudly equipped with an 8 megapixel sharpshooter with autofocus and LED flash.
![]() It also comes with a large 4" capacitive touchscreen and an extremely efficient CPU, also known as the Snapdragon of Qualcomm. Now if you take a closer look at these pictures you will find out that these have been shot with a pre-release unit due to which they can really not be judged or compared, not yet. The resolution of all of these pictures is awesome and the photography is very perfectly done as well. Although when it comes to Aino nothing can beat the picture quality on that phone. The noise levels are pretty controllable and then there is no coloured noise seen these pictures at all. Along with the awesome shots there has also been some video recording with the camera which is also amazing to say but the least as we have to keep on mind that it is being recorded in WVGA 800 x 480 pixel resolution at almost 30 fps (about 28fps to be exact). You can get the videos on this link and can actually download the full resolution sample itself. You tube also has the videos now so you can always watch them over there, even the pictures if you try to find it hard enough. As we have explained above too no official date for the launch of the XPERIA X10 has been announced as yet but according to some reliable sources the phone will be hitting the market in the first quarter of February.
