Nokia introduces attractive X6 touchscreen smartphone

Nokia World recently introduced the new X6 which comes with Music touchscreen. It’s basically an entertainment-driven smartphone with a slim and attractive packaging which due to its many features that it manages to enfold in its thin 14mm-thick form factor, is gaining a lot of attention from public in general. Out of its many notable features the X6 is equipped with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with scratch resistant glass that has the ability to show case its customized S60 5th Edition user interface.

You can easily access Nokia Contacts right from your home screen and get in touch with the most important people in your life while on the go. X6 is also a great device to use any social networking sites like twitter and facebook. A built-in GPS chipset can be used in conjunction with Nokia's Ovi Maps and also to provide location-based information.

There is an ample storage in the phone, as much as 32GB and battery longevity of 35 hours of music playback or 16 days standby which is amazing for people who like to be in touch with their music. The best thing about it is that due to the Bluetooth technology now you can use wireless stereo headphones and headsets too. The camera that is in-built in the handset is of 5.0 megapixel with Carl Zeiss optics and a dual-LED flash. Video editing software also comes in-built in the phone. You can use the X6’S TV-out port to share photos and video online or to view your favorite multimedia right in the comfort of your living room.

As it is equipped with a Music device, users will be able to have unlimited access to millions of music tracks that they are able to keep when the initial subscription is up. The Nokia X6 is a tri-band UMTS 3G device that will support either the 850, 1900, and 2100MHz bands, or the 900, 1900, and 2100MHz network bands - depending on the configuration. All versions are quad-band GSM.

The Nokia X6 is expected to hit the markets sometime around the fourth quarter for EUR 459 (US$652).
